NXT Generation wins the project award at the Scandinavian FLL final in Eskilstuna, Sweden 28.11.09

At the Scandinavian FLL finale NXT Generation won the project award for the best project. In addition we got nominated for both the programming award as well as the prestiges Champion award. All in all a result we are very proud of. The trip to Eskilstuna was 1920 km long but does not feel so long when you are in good company and have a lot of fun.

Robot performance 1st award
Programming award for 13-16 years
Constructions award for 13-16 years
Fair play award
Project award

Our robot also made good points (4 x 400 point). Next stop will be the Scandinavian FLL finale in Eskilstuna in Sveden on November 28th.

NXT Generation held programming course 07.10.09

NXT Generation held a programming course for other FLL teams participating in the Nordborg tournement.
The NXT G-program was shown, also moveblock and all sensors were tested.
At last the paticipants build their own robot and tested their programs.
 

NXT Generation wins the Champion award at the Childrens Climate Call 03.05.09

During this weekend NXT Generation won both the programmering award as well as the prestitius Champion award at the Childrens Climate Call i Copenhagen. It is therefore now the second time within 3 weeks that the team wins one of the fine Champion awards. CCC in Copenhagen has been an unforgetable event with a lot of happy faces both from the kids but also from all the adaults. Clic here to see photos from CCC

NXT Generation wins Champion Award 3rd place in Atlanta 18.04.09

NXT Generation has just won the Champion award 3rd place at the World Festival in Atlanta USA.
Beside the Champion award our team also got nominated in the following categories:
Innovative robot design, Robot programmering, Creative Presentation, Teamwork, Team Spirit
In addition we also got noted for Gracious Professionalism and both the Robot Design, Project, and Teamwork got rated as "Excellent" work.

NXT Generation to participate in Children's Climate Call!! 27.03.09
