Today a care package came in the mail from our FLL freinds in Lompoc Californien in USA 24.11.08

      today we got a very interresting package from our FLL freinds in Lompoc Californien. Inside the package there was a lot of very interresting things which are typical in the USA but is not normally found here in Denmark. Now we just hope that our care package for Bricks for Brains will arrive in Lompoc. Anyway we would like to say thank you so much for the gifts.

Finaly our robot is finished and tomorrow we will try to go for the 400 points in under 2½ minute 22.11.08

      If we do not use more than approximately 10 second for each tool change on the robot it should be possible to make the 400 points in under 2½ minutes. If we succeed it will be the first time for this years very challanging field. As can be seen we are about ready to travel to Norway. Charlottes dad has had some very cool streamer made up for the back windows of our cars. Very nice.

Now corporation with 2 FLL teams!17.11.08

Today both Bricks for Brains and our team got contacted by a FLL team from Cape Town in South Africa. They wanted to hear if we would like to exchange information on this years FLL project. Of cause we said yes so now we are 3 teams which is working together in what we could call "The Climate Connections Triangle". The team from South Africa is called Kiddiwinks Dreamteam and we are really exited to start working together with yet another team which has its home way way south on the globe. AfterParty^^09.11.08

After a fantastic finale in Nordborg we went to Nicole and charlotte home for AfterParty.
It was a very good evening and the only ones who was quiet was the parents and coaches.
All the young ones was playing and could not sit quiet.
But it ended with the most of the young people lay down on the sofa.
 

The NXT Generation team wins the champion price in Nordborg!08.11.08

On Saturday NXT Generation won the technology, Robot performance 1st price, as well as the Champion price in Nordborg. This means that our team will be going to the Scandinavian finale in Kongsberg in Norge on November 28th-29th. Congratulation to the whole team for a fantastic performance. A fantastic FLL weekend together with the whole NXT Generation team!02.11.08

In this weekend we were makrng the last preparation for this years FLL competition. Everyone has a fantistic and fun weekend and now we are just waiting for it to be Saturday. See a movie of a Super cake (4MB)

Corporation with a FLL team from California!28.09.08

Today we got in contact with a private FLL team in Lompoc California USA. We will be working together and share ideas with each others on this years FLL project called "Climate Connection". The team is named Bricks For Brains and we are very exited that we have to work together with another FLL team which is approx. 5619 miles (9042 km) (4882 nautical miles) away from Stevning in Denmark. Lompoc is north of Los Angeles and south of San Francisco. It is also close to Solvang. Solvang is a city with a lot of streetnames originating from good old Denmark.
